What video is Abe Laboriel's "Laura" solo from?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_C5xv08SrCU

This solo performance of "Laura" by Abe Laboriel knocked me out. It seems to be from some old instructional video. Does anyone know what it's from?

Thanks!

Bump.
I'm curious as to what type of bass he is playing here. Anyone know?

I'm not sure what the video is but I've enjoyed watching parts of it on youtube now and then.

Abe is such a ridiculously tanlented player, he needs more recognition!

This blows my mind!

"New Bass Concepts"

It's very good but not the most clearly explained video in the world.

Great video.
He's probably one of the best studio bassist out there as well as creativity.
