What is your favorite Donald "Duck" Dunn bassline?

In the spirit of the "What is your favourite James Jamerson bass line??" thread, I figured I'd start this one in tribute to Mr. Dunn. Let 'em rip. Thanks!

Lots of good ones listed so far. One of my personal faves was "She Caught the Kady" from the BB soundtrack. So bouncy, so good!

There's something very mournful and appropriate about his line in Woman in Love by Tom Petty.

"Knock on Wood" is great.
Also, everything on Otis Redding's "Dictionary of Soul" album, but particularly "She Put the Hurt on Me" and "Love Have Mercy."

Definetly "She Caught The Katy " with the Blues Brothers. Some great octave jumps. If you check inside his book " What duck done" on amazon it shows you the original line and what he turned it into. Its amazing

So many good 'uns. I just got the single of Melting Pot by Booker T & the MGs from the mid 70's. It really cooks w/ a sick little turnaround by Mr Dunn.

Talking

All of them.

Although, I love the line from "I can't turn you loose".

Cheers,
Chris

Haha... so I'm watching The Blues Brothers and I come upon this thread. I'd have to say She Caught The Katy is one that comes to mind.

I've got a version of She Caught the Katy on MP3 by Taj Mahal... It kicks major booty. FYI.

I love The MG's version of Mrs. Robinson. Duck embellishes Paul Simon's guitar melody. Also, when the Blues Brothers band plays with Ray Charles, you can hear him climbing the neck toward the end. Its pretty intense.
