Is that him on the Otis "Monteray Pop Festival" album? The one with Hendrix on the other side? Every song is great on that.

I don't know if it's my favorite, but I was playing along with Albert King's I'll Play the Blues for You last night and I believe that the band is the usual Stax guys, i.e. Duck Dunn on bass. Pretty slick, simple bass lines.
