| | | | That's kind of cool I never noticed that about Burton! I have almost the exact same thing wrong with my right (picking) hand too. I broke it a few years back & after it healed incorrectly it always sticks out when I play fingerstyle which I almost always do. Whenever I see myself play on video or in pictures, it somehow always made me kind of think of the goofy etiquette thing of how "proper" people are supposed stick their little finger out while sipping their tea. |

and one thing about Burtons Right hand, i looked at some videos at YouTube, and his right hand looked like that of people who have never played bass before...(guitarist in my band when he tries to play for instance...) |

He plays with his first and third fingers instead.
