In standard choral literature in Western music, tenors mostly need use the D below middle C to the G a 5th above it. Yes, I know he's not singing in choir, but the most-often used range remains the same. The thing is, we all have notes on both sides of our range that aren't as strong. On the lower side of our voices, it becomes closer to our speaking register, but the higher side can in theory go on indefinitely, particularly in a male.
I realize you're probably asking what his range is from exact note to exact note, but perhaps only Geddy knows for sure--if he's even taken the time to find out. (For example, when I was younger before my voice had fully matured I had a working range of 2 octaves and Perfect 4th. It may be different now, and I'd have to work to find out just what my limits are.)

I guess if you're not a fan, their music kind of froze in time around 2112 or maybe Permanent Waves, huh?
