where to find monk mongomery's bass method book

i saw some posts about it on here from like 2006, im a big fan of monks playing style and his music. does anybody got it or know what the title is and/or where i can find it?

if it's a method book there probably won't be a lot of montgomery's actual music in there......method books are usually more about learning music in general....as far as methods go there are lots of good ones out there.....if you're looking for transcribed stuff,i doubt there's much available....

ive kind of copied monks playing style (tried to atleast), im not so much looking for his songs i just wanna see what he has to say about playing bass and i theres any lessons in there
