I doubt it was a squier, if this girl is from another band as has been suggested, it might be something that band does to separate themselves from the equipment they play. I know the guys from Circa Survive all cover up any logos they can on their equipment, or at least their amps. The bass player has all his ampeg logos covered, the guitar players have marshalls/bad cats/mesas all with the logos covered (or removed on the bad cat).
Edit - Just checked out the deep sea diver page and she doesn't cover the logos on her other equipment which looks like it's all vintage stuff, so if it is her playing bass for the yeah yeah yeahs, maybe it's because of some other contractual obligation that they yeah yeah yeahs hold? Or maybe it is a squier.
