No matter wut genre.....What bassist inspires you the most out of all your favs......
I know my fav is Flea...omg he is so amazing....i'm on my way 2 playing like him....o wow...he gives my goosebumps!!!
(only to find out...he started playing bass on improv only, AND he cant read music or tabs...i was like *HOLY ****!!!!*)
But he is really amazing!!! i would luv 2 know who inspires you to play your heart out with every practice and preformance!

As far as bassists go, I would say Janek Gwizdala, Tony Grey, and Hadrien Féraud are at the top, especially Janek. Hearing his music and reading his take on many aspects of music has truly changed my perception of music and what it means to be completely dedicated to something. |

Musically I've been drawing a lot of inspiration from a lot of Krautrock bands and non-Western music (African mostly). I'm slowly gathering ideas to start writing my own rock band, maybe find people who will play it with me, I dunno.

definitely be justin chancellor...
just always something about his style that made me want to play bass... 46 and 2 and schism come to mind alot!!!
after that would be flea cos hes got crazy basslines that always rock out!
