Who played on Haggard's "Working Man's Blues?"

I loaded a bunch of Merle Haggard CDs onto my computer to study some country bass. The bass playing is really good on nearly everything, but I was totally blown away by the bass line on "Working Man's Blues." Very funky throughout the song, and the stuff he plays under the guitar solo just smokes.

I've hunted around on the Web, but haven't found the answer.

Anyone know who it was?
