Who is youre favorite bassist/singer?

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I've been looking around for a month or two. It's pretty cool. I'm the bassplayer/lead singer in a rock band. Thought this would be a good way to introduce myself and find some bassists I don't know about.I'll start with one of my favorites, Gene Simmons. Rock on!

Gene is underrated. He doesn't get enough credit.

My favorites are:

Paul McCartney
Jack Bruce
Timothy B Schmit
Sting
Geddy Lee
Phil Lynott

Fat Mike from NOFX.

Not because I think he's the best or anything... He's just Fat Mike.

Paul McCartney. He's arguably the most successful musician in the world, but I still think he's terribly underrated. Amazing tone no matter what bass he uses, and his bass lines and lyrics are pure genius.
