His band is tight! And look at the cool Roland Bass that Brown Mark is playing, not to mention what cool cool sounds he gets from that thing.

Man, he gives that one chord a workout! If you ever get a chance to see him live, even if you aren't a big fan, it's one of the best shows you'll ever see.

A bit of a long shot but I remember watching Prince live on Direct TV years ago. The show took place somewhere in Vegas, that's all I know. I'm wondering if this DVD is the show I saw on satellite. How many other shows did he do from Vegas that made it to satellite or DVD? Is this the one? If so, thanks to the poster for helping me find this.

Wow. Always appreciated Prince for his musical skills, but never realized he was such a gifted performer. He absolutely owned that crowd.

This is Prince and Shelia E from that same era performing "A Love Bizarre." Brownmark is funking it up with his trademark Alembic Epic.

My first 2 concerts were Rush,I wasn't very familur with their music but enjoyed the lights and big sound and my second was Prince and the Revolution on the Purple Rain tour. That show kind of messed me up in a way because the level of showmanship and musicianship that I saw is a rare thing in the years since.

This is next tour from the first clip which did not have Sheila. This is When I discovered just How Nasty Prince was. I saw 5 shows in 4 years Ohh my god,Before or since I've NEVER seen a band in venues that big convey that level of being able to turn on a dime. That includes Zappa.

Saw a Intimate show that he did for the benifite of a family of a fan who was struck and killed by a car while waiting to by a ticket for a Love Sexy tour concert. Completely different from the UBER tight Touring show. Just a big Jam,,,

I LOVE THIS GUY,,Truly a genius.
