Am I the only one saying this guy needs to get off the street, and start recording. He has a nice Peavey, but someone needs to find this guy.

Because most guitards and singtards would not want him stealing the show.

I actually read in another thread about this guy that he's a bass teacher in a shop somewhere in Spain so he's not exactly homeless, just probably bored and wanted to hang out, make some extra money, meet chicks, etc.

Most people playing on the street are working musicians, I believe. How else could they buy and store nice gear but have the free time to hang out all day?

The real tragedy is that if you look in the window's reflection, there's barley anybody watching him. Maybe he just got started.

BTW: He said he was dedicating the piece he was playing to "Enrique Emiliano".

Defintely a great player.

That's a Yamaha bass he's playin' & a small Peavey combo of some sort - neither of which are super pricey by any stretch.

Just goes to show that it's not the gear that makes you sound good... it's the person playing!

I guess I better keep practicing...

yeah...really good. Had a link to this video on my site for a while. I'd throw a $20 in his hat if he'd teach me how to slap like that!
