Was wondering about opinions on this unknown bassist

Since I saw a previous post of a Japanese girl rocking the bass, i decided to post one of my favorite Japanese bassists who post their homemade videos on Nico Nico Douga (Japan's Youtube). Just wondering on a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest and 10 being best) how would you rate this person's skill? Most, if not all, of these Japanese who post videos like this are not professionals or even recognized by their real names because they like to remain humble (which is why most dont show their faces).
