i saw him for 50 dollars in 1992.. on the world tour.. that came to memphis.. it was great... i might pay 200 to see him now.. but not 250
they did play live and let die.. with all the fireworks though.. it did kickass

Personally, he would never get $250 out of me with his pompous-ass attitude. As he said, "We're selling out concerts in 17 minutes, so somebody must think the prices are reasonable. "We're not twisting anyone's arm."
I can sleep at night knowing I played punk in the late 70's for a half of a pizza.
Seeing yesterday's rock rebels getting knighted these days makes me hope another generation will have the cahones to stir things up again.

no, i don't think it's worth it and anyone who is a real musician would not charge anyone to listen to what they love to do. music (and especially people) should be free.  |
