i know univox made some similar styled hollow bodied basses back in the day. ive seen a few other vintage Japanese basses that look real close to it that you could probably pick up for cheap.

To answer the guys question, no you cant if you want a new one. You can try looking used, I think there are several look-a-likes of those basses.

Besides the thing was mimed, that bass tone probably isn't even that bass (unless you just want one for the looks).

im being blunt for two reasons.
one - im sick of people intentionally spelling words incorrectly
two - look at his profile. check out the threads he started. two topics, six threads.
