[Rest right arm on center console - the belt is at plucking height] | I thought I was bad with the steering wheel thing but yours makes perfect sense. |

| | | | I know I'm a bass geek: One of my current projects is to put new strings on my bass every couple of weeks and record a series of exercises to show off the sound. I then compare the recordings with previous recordings with other strings to hear the difference. I compile notes on the differences in search of the "perfect string". |

| | | | I feel like one, sometimes. I found myself randomly telling someone about this bass player I like that has played on many of the old Motown records and that he used to use these really old, crusty, flatwound strings, and that he had some of the most melodic playing... and then I realized, "Crap, this person doesn't care about any of that." Lol. |

[Rest right arm on center console - the belt is at plucking height] | But I'm not very good at playing an unlined fretless. I guess I'll have to get out the Sharpie, so I can get my left hand parts down while I'm driving, too. |

I've not once seen a video that gave me enough Chris Squire footage to satisfy me. Thinking about trying to take my own footage in their next tour where they'll perform Close To the Edge, The Yes Album, and Going For the One in their entirety...but the venue says no cameras...

I have looked at our singer's lyric sheets more than once and was surprised at what the lyrics were actually saying.
