That's how many solid quarter notes Peter Washington lays down in 3 minutes, 20 seconds on a Bill Charlap recording. That works out to about 350 beats per minute for 288 bars.
And that's playing genuine changes (Cole Porter's In The Still of the Night), not some brainless modal drone.
