Ouch. I think I'll quit playing. Or maybe I should practice more. Anyone know about the bass he's playing?

You'd better be able to play if you're name is Bozo

He plays on modern instrument made by Scottish maker Derick High.

Sometimes it's best just to enjoy the music and performance.

I had the good fortune to know Derek years ago in Scotland where we played in the same orchestra! I also had the opportunity to play the very first bass he made which had a rich warm bass end which I loved. I am also a big fan of Bozo's and his CD 'Swan or Elephant' is a must have! Great to see Derek's instruments being played by such masters!

Bozo also has a 5string bass by Derek which he's playing with Claudio Abbado this week in Bologna!

Nice stuff - but how does YouTube pick related videos as Michael Brecker, with a guy playing BG?

Wow, Bozo is a unbelievable player, how does he play like that and he looks as he is reading the newspaper!. Relaxed, concentrated and passionate. No place else to go
