Coleridge Goode

I just came across two clips of Coleridge Goode, a bassist who worked with Django Reinhardt in the mid 40s, playing along with two Django recordings for an English documentary. The clips are on video.google.com. Sorry I cannot provide a direct link but just do a search for his name. It's interesting to note that the 1946 recording he accompanies, was made in London at Abbey Road Studios.

Great player! Played with Joe Harriot on the album "Abstract" - a free jazz album recorded in the UK which pre-dates Ornette. Check it out if you can.
