Hey all, I am trying to find out the name of a bassist from I believe Croatia. He is a classical soloist mainly I believe.

Excellent suggestion, Damon! I haven't heard these records yet...
Probably have you ever listen his fabulous version of Bottesini's arrangement of 'la Sonnanbula' (i guess you can find some versions of it on YouTube or i recommend you to buy his Cd 'Elephant Oder Schwann')
Great interpretation from one of the greatest classical double bass player of the 20th-21th century!
The only man who pushes me to question myself about a perfect intonation, articulation, pitch precision, celerity and speed with german bowing. (I usually prefer french bowing in a classical/romantic way, i find it 'sweeter' and more fluid than german bowing). But Bozo proves that the most important thing is your musicality and your true knowledge of every 'classical' style.
