Golf With Ray @ The End

This may sound really random, but I know the last guy to see Ray Brown alive. He's a trumpet player by the name of Mark Buselli. I was talking with him about bass players, and he mentioned he was the last guy to see him alive. He took Ray golfing in Indiana for 18 holes with another friend of his. It was super hot (95+ degrees). He said that Ray was really struggling walking. They went back to their hotel and Ray had his stroke sometime in the afternoon and never showed up for his gig at night. Random, but pretty crazy stuff.

So........your friend, by taking Ray golfing 18 holes in 95+ heat, basically killed the greatest Jazz Bassist on the planet....

I wouldn't be advertising this story too much.......
