Looking for Jamming Buddies

Hello:
I don't know where to post this so here goes.
I'm looking for musicians to play with in the Toronto GTA area.
My aim is to meet regularly with some players, practice and put together some music.
I'm in my 40's & like all music from jazz to classical to rock n roll/ metal to punk / billy / swing / blues / and even blue grass if we have to.
I play double bass and banjo, .
My preference would be to play bass .
I don't have any style of music in mind so I'm open to most genres. I just want to play some bass
If you like to fool around with some music and need a bass player please reply or refer my post to others.
Thanks
Tom

Hey man, if you're not adverse to playing with some younger guys, I'd reccomend checking out some of the music students in the GTA. There's a few really good post-secondary programs that are just brimming with talent. Your best bet is probably Humber College students...it's a big program, lots of variety in what the students play, and a very chill overall vibe.

Good luck!

Thanks Aaron:
I'm going to look into that.
I know someone who teaches at Humber's music department.
Very good !!
