Milt Hinton film

A must see for bassists and jazz lovers is KEEPING TIME: THE LIFE, MUSIC & PHOTOGRAPHS OF MILT HINTON, an hour long tribute to The Judge by David G. Berger, Holly Maxson, and Kate Hirson.
Unfortunately, the film's distribution may be limited, I saw it yesterday at the Siskel Film Center in Chicago.

I loved this movie. It seemed to capture the essence of the man and the bassist. The movie consists of montages of some of Hinton's 60,000 photos, old performance footage, personal interviews of Hinton and several notable bassists.
Sorry, but no info on where, when, or if it may
show_in your locale. I'd imagine it would_end up in the catalogue of a specialty multimedia outlet such as http://www.facets.org
