Thanks for the link! I just finished reading veteran producer Joe Boyd's book "White Bicycles" which covers in wonderful detail the '60s/'70s British folk scene that spawned Danny and many other greats.

Sorry, no--I just streamed it.

Last week I picked up Nick Drake's first 2 albums (Five Leaves Left and Bryter Layter) which feature some beautiful playing by Danny.
