Paul Chambers bio?

Much analysis of Paul Chambers' playing has been presented in print and on this message board, and of course, his recorded legacy is abundant.

But I've never seen much in the line of biographical materials, interviews, recollections, etc. Does anyone know of any sources for this? It would be interesting to me to know more about "the man behind the music."
