Talking Tiran porter

Hey, Are any of you fans of Tiran Porter? He was the Doobie Brothers bassist. I thought he was the coolest! Especially with that ever-present beret.

Um... did he play the double bass? I think you might be lost. Down here DB stands for Double Bass not the Doobie Bros. Thankfully in the year and a half I been here I have seen absolutely no discussion of the coolness of any player's wardrobe. Try the electric bass forum for that.
