1/2 in endpin

I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything specific when I searched (maybe I should just ask MollyKay). I have a '61 Kay and the endpin is a little shorter than I'd like. Does anyone sell a replacement endpin that is longer than the stock endpin?

unless you're very tall, probably all of them are longer - your endpin has probably been cut down by a previous user.

well it's 10 inches fully extended. I can reach everything just fine, but my arms aren't particularly long so the bow sits to far from the bridge when I play arco and I have to lean over, which kills my back.

That sounds like the regular Kay endpin length. You can get 1/2" dia. round aluminium stock cut to length at any machine shop...
