| Advice Sought on Changing Tyrolean Tuners
What is involved in changing Tyrolean tuners? I have a 3/4 Eberle I love but am lusting after fancy engraved black brass tuners. (It's a girl thing...)
Ken Smith says on another post:"To save money on labor, get gears that fit in the existing holes no matter what the brand."
How is this accomplished? I don't have access to a luthier and would do it myself, if it's not too difficult.
