Anyone knows Jacques Gagnon? Is his shop still working? I ordered somethings from him in July 2006 but I still haven't got my order yet. He contacted me in June 2007 and promised me to send my order in July. I tried to contact him many times but I couldn't reach him no matter email or phone call. Anyone can help?
I had problems with him, though I gave him the benefit of any doubt I had and was very patient. I received goods in the end but it took ages and many phone calls and emails. It pains me to say it, but I have heard no good feedback from anyone, here or elsewhere, and the lasting impression I now have is that he is nothing but trouble.
I believe his products are good, but I wouldn't pay any money up front.
