Bridge Adjustment Advice Needed

I put Velvet Garbos on a while ago. They continued to stretch for a long time, which caused me to be constantly tuning in an upward pitch. Now I've noticed that my bridge has a serious lean/pull toward the neck. What's the best way to get the top of the bridge back in position without doing damage?

It's risky to do it yourself. First you need to determine if the issue is warpage or if the bridge is just tilted (sometimes it's warp and tilt both).
Either take it to a luthier or another bass player who knows how to it - many of us do. It ain't rocket science, but if you don't know what to pay attention to, it's possible to make the problem worse. If the bridge is warped, it likely needs replacing.

The bridge isn't warped. It's clearly pivoted forward at the height adjustment screws

Then put your bass on the dining room table with the endpin against your chest, your fingers on the arch of the bridge and pull the top of the bridge gently but firmly back toward you. Repeat as necessary.

Don't overdo it or the 275 LBS of string pressure will slam the bridge into the top (and maybe your fingers!) with a mighty whack.
