Bridge Cracks

Hello All,

I had some bridge adjusters installed on my bass this afternoon (an excellent job, if anyone from the shop checks out this board!)

When I picked up the bass, the shop manager pointed out several small stress cracks in the feet of the bridge, which he said the shop luthier had put some glue in, but that I should keep an eye on -

Can anyone tell me how serious this is? Something I should be worried about? He said the cracks were there prior to them starting the job and that they thought they would try the installation anyhow and, being that it worked without problem, that the cracks are likely nothing to worry about

They did mention, as well, that if there is a problem to bring the bass back and that they will work out some sort of discount on a new bridge: Very Nice people to deal with!

Thanks for any insight,

fm
