In NY, you also pay the tax on your real estate taxes as well. They add up the rent and tax and tax the total in Manhattan. I had my OfficE there for 10 years.. It sucked!

You can Drive to my Shop in Pa or up to Arnolds in less time than the Traffic cross town and the time to find a Parking space in NYC, IF you can find one they wont TOW Your car from. You think Bridges cost alot? Try getting Towed.. Plus they take everything in your car as a personal gift from you to them!.. They are not responsible for articles left in the Car when Towed in NY. A License to Steal!
