C-extension

I'd like to have a C-extension installed on my new bass. Here in Brazil, they don't use C-extension, so I'd like to hear some comments if anyone has some experience.

I think David Gage has quite a good extension, are there others you would recommand ?

Looks like Paulo Gomes does them; he's a bit more up you end of the woods.

I've got a client who has taken Paulo some work and it was done quite well. Better than most in the US. Very inexpensive as well.
