Help repairing zipper slider on bass bag

Hello. I read here a lot, though don't often post.
Yesterday I broke the zipper on my Upton Deluxe bass bag, which has been a fine bag for the three years I've used it. I like the thickness of the padding and the placement of all the handles.

Is there a way to get a new slider? The zipper teeth are fine on both sides. I just pulled the slider off the zipper and when I tried to work it back in place, the slider separated into pieces.

I hope I don't have to buy a new bag for this small and likely inexpensive part.

BTW, I called Upton today and they said they don't stock parts for these bags.

Thanks
Ken

Try a local luggage shop. If anyone can fix it, they can.

I've had this happen a couple of times and them fixed at a shoe repair shop.
