Kudos to Michael Hartery

Wanted to let everyone know what a superb job Michael Hartery did restoring my bass. I originally just wanted to clear up the buzz but once the top was off he discovered some very bad repair work, lots of old glue, etc. He had a very hard time locating the buzz due to the previous repair work. So he cleaned out all the old glue, replaced old cleats, bass bar, sound post and did some cosmetic work to corners.

I visited Michael from time to time to watch his progress. Even though I am no luthier I believe Michael's work to be excellent.

Anyone in the North Texas area that needs a good luthier, please give Michael a call (if you email me I'll send his no.). He is also a Talkbass member.
