laboire cut NYC

Has anyone in NYC had their bass cut for the laboire pin in the city, or surrounding areas, who did it? I'd love to have it done but by someone who has done the work before.

Pretty sure David Gage does it on a pretty regular basis.

Woah...My expensive Chicago luthier drilled for $120 and the pin was $65 from Robertson's. I think Robertson's drilled the hole for $30 at the ISB 3 years ago... Call around.

Hey kevin I just found a guy who provides a pin and does the installation for 80 bucks in Ithaca. It might be worth a drive up sometime from the city, and you could also catch up with Nicholas Walker, who's put in 18 years of lessons with Rabbath. Just a heads up if you don't want to pay Gage that much.
