Looking for NH Luthier
Can anyone recommend a good luthier near Concord, New Hampshire? I've got a couple of buzzy spots on the fingerboard and it's never been dressed before. Also, what I can expect to spend?
Thanks

The closest that I know of is Volker Nahrmann.

Mark Carlsen's in Tewksbury Mass. He does outstanding work (and he's a fine player too).

I, too, would recommend Mark Carlsen. Fingerboards and setups are two of the many things he does
expertly
.His email is:

Thanks. I'll contact Mark Carlsen since he's only about an hour away. Roughly how much does a fingerboard dressing cost? $100, $300?

Barry Lipman in Danbury CT. One ot the owners of the East Coast Music Mall. Might be a little far but you could always ship your axe.

Barry is an old acquaintance of mine from last century
. He's an excellent guitar luthier. FretlessArt, you are on the wrong side of the TB forum...
