Looking for a "special" string holder

Hi.
I'm presently looking at changing the tailpiece system on my EUB.
I'd like to get something similar to the Azola Bugbass system.
(I don't think they'd sell me one)
Attached pic.
Can anyone suggest something I could find in some hardware store or the like?

(I didn't post that on the EUB forum as I thought I'd get more help here)

Best regards, and thanks!
François

Maybe you could modify a shelf/fence bracket from a hardware store.

It wouldn't hurt to ask them. Pretty cool people, the Azolas.

Something like that could be made out of a very hard wood, like ebony or rosewood. It would have to be thicker, and you might want to use metal ferrules to hold the string ball ends, but it could look pretty sharp if done carefully.

Yes, thanks.
I'm first looking at easy solutions, with something that might be readily available.

But thanks for the suggestion!

Regards,
François
