Luthier in Tennessee

Does anyone know of a good luthier in Knoxville, TN? If not, I found several in Nashville -- any specific recommendations there?

I need some help in set up but more concerning, the base of the neck has a crack that has been previously repaired about 30 years ago but it looks like it might be starting to separate.

Thanks in advance.

I'm on the western end of the state and I can't speak for anyone in East TN, but since you asked, I will highly recommend Dustin Williams in Nashville.

+1 Jack and Dustin both know their basses. They get stuff done fast and are very affordable.

Another Luthier that I've heard good things about in Nashville is Jim Ferguson. He's a super nice guy and is an excellent jazz bassist and singer. http://jimfergusonmusic.com/

I know Jim and recommend him highly. There is also Wayne Holmes in Milan, TN (but I know him only via email)

Bill, either Pick'n'Grin in Knoxville, or The Music Outlet in Sevierville can work with you on DB repairs.
