Misaligned neck or fingerboard?

I know I need to get my bass into a luthier
But the shops (I can trust)are far away and I'm not going to take it to the guy that did this one
Any ideas on a simple correction until I can get it into a luthier's shop
The neck is solid but it appears that either the fingerboard or the neck was misaligned when the neck broke

Thanks

Don't know how the guy could give it back to you like that...
Did you pay him?

No , I bought it from a music store 7 months ago and they told me who had repaired it. I could see that it needed a new bridge(it was bent) and the action was too high and new strings.
Did the strings 6 months ago and played it every day

Have been waiting to get some time to box it up and ship to luthier for a new bridge and setup

Yesterday I had the day off and pulled out Traeger's book
I figured since the bridge was bent I could practice on setup

Thanks
