Try Ed Fuqua...he posted a reply within the last two days on the thread "Upgrading Orchestra Bass" under "basses" which mentioned a shop in Phoenix. And considering that he seems to be a fan of yours (what with all of the "All Hail" business and what not), I bet he'd let you have the information pretty cheap.
