Plywood separation

I have a old plywood bass it's got a bad buzz when you play the A open,,I have pinpointed it to a spot in the back about 4" x6" you can put just a small ammount of pressure against this spot and the buzz will stop,,also you can knock against the place and hear the plys moving,,other than this the bass sounds really great,, Any one know any way to repair this??,Thanks Kent

It's been written that if delamination is truly the source of the problem, you can drill very small holes in the effected area, insert glue and clamp.
However, my bass had a similar problem when I bought it, and it turned out to be five popped seams and an overly long sound post.
