Hi Talkbass folks,
I am putting together en episode of Contrabass Conversations featuring Lyric Opera of Chicago bassist Andy Anderson playing recordings of the same bass with different string and tailpiece set-ups. It is pretty interesting--Andy manages to get his bass to sound hugely different using both different strings and by removing the tailpiece and replacing it with wires.
