| Should Have Listened
I have owned a Christopher 200 3/4 laminate bass for about a year. Playing pizz only. I have on Spiro Mitels after the Dominants started to break.
I wasn't happy with my sound and thought it might be me...newbie...maybe it just dosen't sound that full or loud....did I get the wrong bass.....should I change the strings....go heavier....go lighter.
Well I adjusted the bridge up a couple of turns and the bass blossomed....louder fuller richer sound.
Wow, this is me acknowledging that people have said here 1000+ times raise the action (strings).
