I'll bet it works great on the all-aluminum double basses. I bet it sucks the life out of anything else, while looking hideous in the process.

Those bridges have been floating around since early fall. Checkout the aluminum bass thread and you'll see some older designs that they were loosely based on and a discussion.

Brian, you thinkin' about bolting one up on the Heifitzzzz??? All the kids at school will think its cool; retro....

James- No, but it would be more durable on school basses!
