Is that one of the KC Strings extensions, or a complete custom made extension? Is it a B?

he did a nice job didnt he, i remember when he sent me that, it looked like the lion got silenced and was in shock haha, but he did a great job

Ken,

Did your luthier just do a great job matching grain, or did he take a patch from the inside of the pegbox, to get the closest possible? I'm impressed that he came so close, at any rate.

Also, I can't see it clearly in the photo, but is that decorative trim around the cheek and scroll purfling, or just an inlaid strip of a contrasting wood?
