UK'ers: What would you expect to pay for this neck/fingerboard work?

Hi gang,

Obviously I'll have a ring around the usual subjects, but I was wondering whether anyone would have an idea what I might expect to pay:

1. For a new fingerboard on my main bass, and

2. To have the neck of my Eminence shaved down a bit? (Probably start with some fingerboard work here too, as I suspect that might be partly what I'm feeling.)

Both are important enough that I'd probably be willing to travel a bit if needs be. I know this kind of thing has been covered here in the past, but I doubt I'm alone in not being as sure as I used to be about what things might cost these days!
