Just to throw it out there. I'm willing to shell out the 80 bucks an hour for a repair and I have no doubt in my mind that Gage will do an amazing job, but keep in mind that I'm going to an Ivy league college in New York that doesn't provide scholarship and I don't really qualify for financial aid.
You sound reasonable and responsible. I'm certain you are financially strapped, living in NYC and going to college. I just wanted to point out that $80 an hour in NYC is not a rip-off. If you come up to my shop and clean the place up or chip in some other labor I'll be happy to fix your bass for free. Peace.

Ok, I am renting a Van, bringing up 4 Basses and bringing all the cleaning supplies my wife has under the kitchen sink.

All her cleaning supplies? (Thinking) Wait, maybe I need a bigger Van then..

I don't do windows by the way...

Actually, Arnold has a Broom there already. I used it yesterday to clean up after doing some carving inside the Top of a new Bass Arnold is making. Then, Arnold expected me to clean up his shavings as well. I picked them up with the broom n scooper off the floor, I did! Then, I poured them back on the Top where they came from..lol

Jed, Arnolds asst. has pics.. Proof that Arnold is a man of his word!

He fired me though right after I threw the chips back at him... What an attitude..
