Washington DC area bass repairman

Hey Guys

Does anyone know a repairman in the DC area called James Kuykendall ?

I have been trying to locate him but it seems that he might have died or retired.( he was a senior 15 years ago already)

Please help me with an address, or better even, a phone number.

Thanks
