TCU is hosting a double bass symposium at the end of October. I know it's quite early to ask but I'm having to make a scheduling choice here. I saw advertised that luthiers will be there and was wondering if any of you guys are on that list. I'd like to meet you!

Luthier, Dallas Strings | | Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Dallas, Texas | | Well I caught the tail end of it. I got to play some fantastic instruments from Robertsons and Kansas City without a huge, noisy convention exhibit hall to deal with.  flickr
I also got to meet "Maestro" Rabbath. The poor guy is thousands of miles from home, has the flu (hence the kleenex in his hand), and still had to play a recital and give a lengthy masterclass. I hope I have as much energy as him when I'm his age.
